This policy explains what information topo-route-manager ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a starting template — review it with legal counsel before launch.
Information we collect
- ✦Account data: your name, email, company name, and password (stored hashed).
- ✦Customer/location data you provide: the addresses, contacts, and details you import or enter, which we store on your behalf.
- ✦Usage data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.
- ✦Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- ✦To provide the service: mapping, routing, geocoding (via Mapbox), and AI-assisted import (via Anthropic), which receive only the data necessary to perform those functions.
- ✦To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and provide support.
- ✦To process subscriptions and send service communications.
Data sharing
We share data only with subprocessors that power the product (e.g. hosting, Stripe for billing, Mapbox for geocoding, Anthropic for import parsing) and only as needed. We do not sell your data.
Data security
Data is isolated per account, encrypted in transit, and access is restricted. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data from your account, or by contacting us. You can close your account at any time.
